We chose to update our old MaximEyes EHR and practice management system and renew customer support primarily because of the personalized service we received in the past from First Insight. What did you like most about your eye care software implementation and training process?
We tried converting our data to another EHR vendor (Compulink), and that vendor could not convert the data correctly. Also, their system was too complicated for my staff, and the changes were met with a lot of resistance.

Fewer Clicks: I enjoy viewing a summary of all imaging and measurement data on one screen. I can view all of my patient’s IOP measurements from 2004 to the current date on a single screen, which saves a lot of time compared to flipping through paper charts or screens.
