What led you to switch from VersaSuite to MaximEyes?
I was wandering the exhibit hall at the Great Western Congress of Optometry with a colleague who stopped at the MaximEyes booth. She was raving about their latest software update and the ease of use in the new MaximEyes cloud-based version.

- Flexible Appointment Scheduler: Customizing the Schedule Manager is easy, as we can build and change schedule templates in seconds. Quickly searching for open appointments is a huge time saver.
- Patient Portal Tools: The patient portal lets us connect with our patients by replying to their questions and providing them with medical records from recent visits via a secure portal. We can easily comply with the FTC Eyeglass and Contact Lens Rules by providing them with a digital copy in their patient portal. Patients can also fill out online medical history forms before they arrive for a quicker check-in.
- Task Manager Tool: We’re now saying goodbye to the countless post-its left on everyone’s workstation, only to get lost or unread. With the built-in Task Manager, I assign tasks digitally instead of relying on sticky notes.
